We will be pleased to assist you if you decide to return any of our products in the following situations to get refunds or replacements:

  • You got the wrong shipment
  • You got a product that was damaged
  • You got a product that was past its expiration date

Please submit a return or replacement request in any of the aforementioned situations within 10 days of the delivery date. If you find yourself in such a situation, send us an email at customercare@nano-brid.com to seek a replacement or refund.

Our team will review the request and arrange for pick up at your door by our courier partner once it’s approved.

Our support team will examine the returned order once it is received. If the problems you mentioned are real, our staff will start the reimbursement or replacement process within a day or two.

Please note, after refund/replacement window of 10 days have passed since the product was delivered, no returns or other claims will be accepted or valid.
